Dadaab Refugee Camp, Kenya
The largest refugee settlement in the world, Dadaab is home to 250,000 refugees who have fled fighting in Somalia. It is estimated that over 15,000 people are arriving every month and conditions are deteriorating as pressure on resources grows. This woman holds her disabled son, who is suffering from malnutrition having fled renewed fighting in Mogadishu last month.
