As winter sets in to Afghanistan, thousands of Afghan Refugees who were forced to return from camps in Pakistan last year, face months of freezing temperatures with little to protect them. The International Medical Corps (IMC) with whom I traveled to Jalalabad with are offering free medical care, and for many this is the only support they receive.
The IMC have also been offering a free vaccination service as the majority of returnees have never received basic vaccines.
